hi
my friend is looking for a small laptop/tablet pc that is small and lightweight enough to fit in her hand bag so she can have it with her at all times
she wants it to be wifi so she can surf as well
we have looked at a few (mostly pda's) but she was looking for a bigger screen and a normal keyboard (rather than a touch screen one)
anybody have any ideas on which is best
cheers in advance

cheers does this mean that if she buys it there is no extra charge for getting it to run on xp?
does it come with linux as standard?0 -
She would need an XP license. It's my problem, it's my problem
If I feel the need to hide
And it's my problem if I have no friends
And feel I want to die0 -
It comes with a linux as standard, you need access to a computer with internet and 32 bit xp to downlod the files. The truth may be out there, but the lies are inside your head. Terry Pratchett

You do not need a Volume License Key to use this tutorial. The truth may be out there, but the lies are inside your head. Terry Pratchett

But you still need a licence to put it on.
I want the 8GB version of the eee pc just nowhere has them in at the moment, the smaller ones are not that easy to get hold of at the moment.0 -
so as long as she buys a xp disc and follows the instruction it should be no problems?0
