have just been on the phone to Clubcard if you have a lot of unusual transactions going through with lots of extra points they cancel them until you phone and explain where there coming from. Anyone wanting to make sure all the points there owed will show on August statement it is worth a quick phone call, The numbers on the back of clubcard.

has anybody else had points cancel on there clubcard ?
just this is my 1st time getting loads of points,so don,t know to phone them up
also got another 21 boxes for 1050 points, added a 100 points of a tear clubcard,a joey voucher as well used.
  • hi, i havent had any points cancelled as far as I know. You can check points online.... but they usually take two days to show up on there. if you go shopping on a Monday, the Monday points will show up on your balance on the Wednesday if you check online.

Now you have me worried. I rang them because my receipt said balance not available but he gave me a balance which was about right two days ago. I went in today and it still says balance not avaliable on my receipt. Think I might give them another ring tommorow. The time lag is very annoying

I have not had any problems and the points balance has been shooting up over the last few days - however I am making sure that I keep all of my receipts just in case!!!

When I log in it shows 100 for me  Maybe the offer differs for different branches.

    I've been Money Tipped!
    I HAVE DONE IT!!!!!! FINALLY!!!!!

4 days of shopping in lots of tesco's in the area and now I have enough points to get to NZ! Woohey!!!!!

The homeless shelter, neighbours and friends have all benefitted hugely.

And now I read they may cancel the points. Can they do this?! I have spent the money now and really can't get the goods back for a refund as they've been eaten.

My clubcard points balance today showed the right amount it should, so the vouchers should be in the post in the next month.

They really can't take away something bought in good faith, can they? To say I'll be a little cross is an understatement.

And how someone could order 500 packs of burgers from an Extra again shows how Tesco policy varies hugely as I tried 3 stores and they all said no.

Are you definitely using your existing card or maybe inadvertently using a new one? I think the new ones say this for a while.

Check your points balance online....its easy but does take a day or two to set up.

ALSO for anyone who wants to know about the Joey coupons, FITNESSE is still BOGOF !

I'm going to read the clubcard t&cs..... but if they attempted to do that I'm sure some (suggestion of) press coverage would soon change their mind.

I'm considering going for a holiday too.... have been doing the rounds today but only allowed 5 in one store (grrrrrrrr). They have offered to do a bulk order though (which is nice, if not consistent).
