Went to my local papa johns, been going there often, picked up quite a few and took mates and brother etc, they love the pizza and they coudn't moan.
Now i went today, on my own, and was really really hungry.
So went and asked for one pizza and then another....
He puts them down takes the token and then goes fill out the info, i point out its only if you want more info, but he moaned, fine fake address then. :rotfl:
ok so he came back after making the pizza's and goes one per person.
Im like if you read the voucher, it says one per order. theres my first order, theres my second order...
My pizza's done hands em to me, the other guy does. and says to me....
If you want a pizza again, then you come before 6pm. I clearly head what he said, but said "what" he says again. blah blah bo**ox...
Im like voucher dont say nothing about no time restriction. - We are busy after 6. So you come before then or no pizza...oh their english was complete crap.
I was like yer dont worry, I'll be informing headoffice. and he just blabbed some !!!! out...i duno what he said...
As I was leaving the guy who turned up on his shift who was there when all us mates went in to grab a pizza each (as we are fairly entitled to) says to me, dont you come back here, go elsewhere.
F***er. (I dont know if he heard I coudnt care)
By this point I was really hungry and said, you will be hearing from me again, and you *will* hear from head office.
So now time to complain.
Simple as this....This aint my co*k up. its theirs.
If they wanted to limit the amount of orders then:
One per customer/One per household...
If they wanted customer info then:
To obtain your free pizza please fill out the details below...
If there was a time of day or day of the week you had to buy the sauce then:
Only valid between XX AM - XX PM Monday-Wednesday....
And it would be better if there packets had one date.
It is one really really badly written terms, and no I dont really care about that branch having to make pizza for me and my mates.
They've been worse and worse....firstly asking...
1. Do you actually use the tobasco saucse or do u bin it:
Whats it to you you ****. I can do with it as I please.
2. How many bottles do you have at home...
10, 20, 30, 40, 50 - you tell me. Its your company's mistake saying one per order and not limiting the amount of orders.
3. I have been getting no more Garlic sauce with the pizza, and no more green pepper or whatever it is.
Im really !!!!!! off with that Papa John's branch
The guy needs a Punch. More then a punch.
and I aint the angry sort or violent kind. but he was damn right rude!
- Oh and yer, I feel sorry for them because they made a mistake on the voucher terms and conditions. Well they should stick to it. Simple as that.
There is no note about: the conditions may change or anything either.
So its all their fault.
If we break terms and conditons or contract's with mobile phone providers or anything, they are first to screw us and take what they can. ohh but when its their mistake different story.
They have said free pizza. so its free pizza. they said one per order, not one per order, per household.
So their adversiting mistake. I swear there's legal thing they can get in trub with. Trust me I hate my branch now. I feel like kicking the crap out of each of the employee's because each of them have become complete tw*ts.
Sorry - Rant over. Theyre idiots. Simple, and im going to contact Cust Svcs/Head office.

it has nothing to do with the free pizza, it was their own fault they co*ked up the t&c, and they also dont have a clue about being polite.0 -

food was made then argument started after, I watched them make it, (its made infront of you) anyhow if I feel any illness or anything at all!! he's in the !!!!. you mark my words....
well i got pains in my right leg since having the pizza!0 -
I have always found that to maintain any sense of dignity you need to maintain your own manners in the face of someone being rude to you. It sounds like maybe this wasn't the case here.
In any case it is clearly your loss. You wont get another free pizza from that branch. The staff are quite within their rights to refuse to serve anyone and in any case, you wouldn't want to risk what might 'happen' to your next pizza0 -
My local Perfect Pizza (and the only one I can get to easily) have decided that they will not take the vouchers. Apparently they do not get anything out of the promotion (besides the publicity). Worst still, naturally cautious I gave my friend a box first, unopened, to get herself one. This was a success so the when I wanted one for my son (4years) we cut into the box, and now of course they won't take it. I had 2 other boxes which I've returned to Sainsburys (they had been all out!). The advert is still displayed locally. I don't think this is fair. I didn't need one bottle, let alone 2!0

As this is advertised on their website, amongst other places, it hardly seems fair that you aren't having your voucher accepted.
You might want to write to : Sarah_bridges@perfectpizza.co.uk
