Snap...I got my first initial reply very quickly and was told she would get back to me.....now that was about 4 weeks ago. So I think you might have a very long wait!

In any case it is clearly your loss. You wont get another free pizza from that branch. The staff are quite within their rights to refuse to serve anyone and in any case, you wouldn't want to risk what might 'happen' to your next pizza

Are you saying that they may include some toppings that might not be on their menu chart.Wow,and the voucher said to can only have four toppings.
Our local Papa Johns have decided not to participate anymore in this promotion(previously they were).We are ok in using another closeby.They happily took four last night for four seperate orders.Their pizzas are yummy.

Got my free pizza yesterday from Potters Bar (Herts) Papa John's - no problem. The only strange thing was I asked for mushrooms on only half of the pizza (son doesn't like them) and they said they couldn't do that with the free pizza deal, but they could put mushrooms over the whole thing! We didn't say anything, because a free pizza is a free pizza after all, and jolly tasty it was too!

When the local Papa John's decided they would participate I asked for cheese amongst other choices to be put on the pizza.They actually put cheese on only half the pizza and the other choices on the other half.We didn't return it.
