Doesnt work with the 5 for £20 offer, put the items in my basket added the code and it charged me full price for each item and took away the multisave.

Worked for me with the 5 for £20 offer. I had that plus two of the 2 for £5 bags and it took the £5 off the total.

What on earth have Thorntons done to their website?

I made a big order the other day spend ages putting names on for icing et. said basket would be saved for 30 days and today it has all gone.

They also emailed me a code for a free box of winter dessert gallery but it is nowhere to be seen on the website so cannot add it to the basket.

Ordering on line with them seems to have taken a step backwards.
