When my order arrived last week the packaging on one of the items was damged, the contents were not damaged. As it was for a gift I didn't want to give someone a gift with damaged packaging. I called Thorntons, the lady on the phone was very apologetic and reordered the item for me. The reordered items arrived within 2 days and I got to keep the item with the damaged packaging.

Did this to make up my £15 and then added Milk, Dark And White Classics (670g) for free!!!
Will I be able to give them away??????

Right thats it, officially hacked off....been trying to get my order through for like 2hrs now.... goes to basket, and through address etc but then just has a list of my items with a please wait icon twirling next to them, and nothing happens.....tried closing and going on again thro quidco....but nada!
