Hey there Jellybean- yep I got that email too and had made a redemption after the 8th of January- so have been wondering whether my points total would change (not yet), also whether a cheque would still come (it did- this morning £35.56- yippee). I'm having problems logging in to their site, and I've had 3 survey invites that I cant get into.

I googled Global Test Market Scam, and found that many people have experienced "technical" problems and claimed Global had scamming them (accusing them of having duplicate accounts is a common one). Its been nice to hear of positive experiences on this thread, but I'd say that if anyone has problems with their account, to email them and persist with it - it seems that requesting their email is escalated gets results.
