Are any of you fellow survey fillers having problems with Global Test Market surveys this week?
When I click on the link for the survey in the email, I get asked for an account number and password - which incidentally never happened before this week. When I put my account number and password in (and I've quadrupled checked it's correct) it tells me it's incorrect. I can, however, go directly to the website and log in to the main site with my email address and password, but still can't access any surveys as I get the same old palaver when I click on a survey in the list.
I've emailed their support people, and am waiting for a reply, but just wondered if anyone else is experiencing this?

yep, same thing happening to me too!!!! wondered what was happening, i too have emailed them to see what this is about but have not had a reply yet!!! my password etc., it right but still saying its wrong!!! driving me nuts now. its really annoying isnt it!:mad:A freebie a day sends a smile my way!

So glad it's not just me! I've clocked up loads of points with them recently and would hate to stop being able to do their surveys. Thanks for replying - it's obviously some sort of glitch.... grrr...Yeah, whatever. I'm a grown up, I can take it...0

Anyone joined up very recently?
I had problems last week whilst filling in the profile survey section that you have to answer. It's the 'Interests' page that gives an 'Error sending, please try again'. So If I can't fill in the section that wants to know which type of surveys I'm interested in, just what is the point?
I've emailed them about it but haven't heard from them.
Tried again today to fill in that section and got the same error.

Join the club, I registered yesterday and I can't fill the Interests section in at all. Does this mean no surveys for me? Not fair!0

I had the same issue when i joined recently as i think did a lot of people, there seems to be a glitch there. Since then though i have had a lot of survey opportunitys from them regardless, so didnt effect me to much.0

A few months ago there was a glitch whereby it wouldn't let me access the surveys without an access code which wasn't my own password details. I emailed them and although they didn't reply, the problem was rectified in a few days. They will probably take on board your email, sort the problem out, but not actually get back to you - so keep on trying.Yeah, whatever. I'm a grown up, I can take it...0

Yes, I've had the same problem, tried several times on different days this week and got exactly the same error message in the "Interests" section.:mad:0

I had this same problem for about a week.
but then it went away and i was able to fill it in :S
I still received surveys anyway though so itr didnt make too much difference0 -
Joined about two weeks ago, got my first survey within about 3-4 days mimi.0
