we accepted an offer 3 weeks ago tomorrow and the buyer hasnt sorted her mortgage out. the story is that she is moving onto a new rate at the end of the month then porting the mortgage to our house,.
thing is, i would have assumed all this could have been arranged by now rather than after the rate ends? her solicitor hasnt communicated with ours and hey received the sellers pack a week ago.
maybe i should ask the agent to remarket asap?

If she's porting the mortgage then she doesn't need to worry about when the rate ends
I'd have been very tempted to keep marketing about last weekI'd be back on about now.
You don't have to dump her, but just tell her that in order to protect your interests, the property is back on the market until she can make some proper sign of movement and financial commitment. At that point, you will withdraw from the market immediately.
Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Put it back on for viewers, they may be wasting your time, my EA did this to me a few years back, they where trying to get the mortgage for the couple and obviously did not have my interests at heart. I hung around for months, I wasn't in a great rush to move but finally I moved EA's.Sam B0
