Fantastic service from N&P. Sent three applications off (2 x regular, 1 x young saver) on Thursday and received three passbooks today (Mon).

Campare this to Abbey. I sent off my application for their monthly saver on the 23rd of Jan and on the 2nd of Feb, I received a letter asking me to check the name and address on the letter and to sign it if correct!! Unbelievably they got my first name and surname the wrong way round despite having a copy of my passport, bank statement, a completed R85 and application form. Complete imbeciles!!!

It can now be operated online too which is probably why it's come to my attention again so many months later

This account can be opened and operated at any of our branches or by post. It can also be operated via the internet.
