low buyer feedback

i'm selling an item that's finishing tonight for around £100 and the high bidder at present only has a feedback of 2 and they were from 2006! this is slightly worrying me now.
One thing i stipulated is it is to be sent next day special delivery and paypal only, but i am concerned that that their paypal address might not be confirmed.
so, if their paypal address isn't confirmed, can i refuse to sell to that person?

we all have to start somewhere on ebay. i have 2 accounts, one with a feedback of over 200 and another with feedback of 3 and i havent used it for 6 months or more. it doesnt mean i am going to rip you off.

you need to really give them a chance to confirm.moomin_white wrote: »i'm selling an item that's finishing tonight for around £100 and the high bidder at present only has a feedback of 2 and they were from 2006! this is slightly worrying me now.

Follow the check list on the sticky thread 'helpful hints' it is post number 16. If you can confirm all the safety checks you will be OK, if not come back and askfor more assistance about negotiating a different method of payment with the buyer.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
