After the recent "conservatory flooring" thread -
What lighting would people recommend for a conservatory?
There will be a 3/4 height wall in our new conservatory so I guess wall lights are an option.
Lots of companies recommend ceiling fan lights (but we are not keen on the look of them) - has anyone got one and are they worth the money or not?
What other options are there :
- wall-mounted spotlights
- track/wire lights

Thanks

we've got a wall mounted light in ours but we do prefer softer light usually so we have 2 standard lamps (the ones with full length paper shades from ikea) which we find is a nice cosy lighting. It all depends on what type of lighting you want and like really. We rarely use any of our main ceiling lights so no surprise we rarely use the wall mounted one in the conservatory really.0

Depends on your taste. We just use table lamps in ours .. keeps the OH out of mischief for her music / reading. And she looks better in a soft light .... these days! So it'll probably be candles next year.If you want to test the depth of the water .........don't use both feet !0
