AIG Car Insurance - Any comments good or bad?

Has anyone any experience, good or bad, with AIG for car insurance. They are looking like the company I will be insuring two cars with soon, but I can't find any reviews or feedback.
I am more interested in how they handle claims than how much they cost.

Don't know how good they are as no experience, but they have just been added to Quidco at £90 cashback (if they are any good, may as well get it cheaper!).

Yes that's where I saw them and although their initial quote isn't cheap, it's considerably cheaper with the £90 cashback.
All I could find on them in here was mention in the Cashback forum that only £60 had tracked instead of £90 so I'm going to base my figures on that.
However it doesn't matter how cheap they are, I wouldn't be interested if their customer service and claims didn't come up to scratch.0
