I brought some ski pants, brand new with label price of £25. When I received them the £25 was down as catalogue price and there was another larger printed price of £4.99. Therefore this seller is buying in cheap goods and selling them off, she didn't even try to hide this. The ski pants are of a cheap value and not even suitable for skiing no padding or extra lining. When I pointed this out, I just got slagged for saying something about the price.
I'm not going to get my money but she hasn't even bothered to mention in her replies about my refund request and goes on about me saying about two prices. I was trying to point out that she mislead by putting £25 down as the label price when £25 is stated as a catalogue price which we all knows means nothing. I have had my figures burnt, put neg feed back for her just to put neg feed back to me when I am the one who is unhappy. It has made me weary of ebay now as there is no come back for the buyer if the goods are shoddy. I tried squaredeal but unless you pay it doesn't mean anything so the ski pants are destined for the charity shop.

I never leave feedback wether I am buying or selling until the other person has left their feedback. These means that if they leave negative which is unjustified I can return the favour!0

But surely the whole point of ebay is buying stuff in cheap and selling it on for a profit? You thought the pants were worth £25 so that's what you paid. I bought 2 of the SAGEM mobiles fom the Woolies post and have them on ebay to make a profit. If someone then comes back to me and says 'you only bought this for £30, I want a refund' I would tell them where to stick it!
It's all about what the goods are worth to you.0
