Debit Card fruad

I looked online today to see a charge for £60 to Covergirl on my account. I had phoned my bank the day before to say that I had either lost or had my card stolen after I made a transaction before going to the gig. They said that nothing else was going through at that moment. I phoned them today about it as I had no clue about this transaction so had to have them fill in a fruad paper over the phone. I got a letter through with the recipt of £60 from the covergirl people this morning as well so have phoned them about the matter as their number was on the letter about it. It doesn't help that I swear my mobile number has been duplicated as I have had money charged to my phone that I have no idea about either :mad: . The covergirl people said they phoned me to do the transaction. I had NO phone calls while I was at the gig which is when they said it took place and I had no card by that point either:mad: . I have asked for the money just to be refunded back into the account but it's "against their customer policy" so that doesn't look likely. They said I could go down there to sort it out but I don't have £10.40 to do so as I have no card and only £15 as it stands to last me till my replacement comes through! I am waiting for them to call back as they are seeing if it was recorded and everything. They say that they have no clue about how the person would get my address and bank details (but as I pointed out this would have been asy as I had no card at that point) and with the internet it's very easy to get the information of address if you know how to! I'm on many things that I'm sure gives out this information quite easily.
I do not want to involve the police as I just want the money back as the new card will make sure it doesn't happen again.
I'm not in the best of shapes as I had to put my last pet down today so I'm stressed and very upset as you can imagine. I have not got a job either so the amount taken out seems HUGE to me and I really do need it.

Has been sorted out. I'm going to be going to the covergirl shoot and the money will be refunded to my account as it's a free shoot which I didn't realise in my state. Have contacted my bank who say if the money is not refunded I can open the case again which will be easier for them to deal with than the fraud case originally opened due to it all. At least I'm getting something really good out of this situation and something to look forward to as I have had such a traumatic day. Hopefully it will end out okay. I will let you know if otherwise.
