I'd refund the paypal and send an invoice with the revised postage amount
  • Either send a new invoice for the additional postage cost (what I normally do) or refund the lot and send a new total invoice.

If they refuse point out the postage quoted was for UK and if they are not happy you'll have to file a non paying bidder report.

goldustmedia..if you see post 16 on the sticky thread about helpful hints it would seem that the entire payment must be made in one go in order for the seller to have paypal protection, not that they get any anyway posting to France, but it is a point worth noting.

Therefore OP, go with goldusts suggestion and refund the paypal payment in full and send a new invoice with a note that they only paid the UK quoted postage and 'obviously' it will be more to France. Then if they kick up a fuss or don;t pay start the NPB process on day 7.
