Completion date not met

This is my first post so hope it is in correct place
my completion was not met the other day due to sellers not being able to pay interest charges that had been put on at the last minute, due to the fact that they fell behind with mortgage/rent (Part buy part rent housing assocition). Now have to give them 10 days notice for completion and if not met by the sellers I can take further action to claim for lost money. I now stand to lose money as the sellers claim they have no money. This is alot of money for a low income earner like myself to lose, and could do with some free advice from other money savers. This property deal has been going on for nearly 6 months with no mention from housing assocition about outstanding money for rent. If i take the matter further due to not completing in 10 days i may get £10 every week back if lucky not sure what to do? Pay more fees to my solicitors or forget about it.

Sounds about time to cut your losses to me.

Is this what's keeping you up till 3am?

I don't mean to be rude - but - Perhaps you could change your name to a more positive one - 'Lucky' perhaps - there is evidence that names are self-fulfilling - not through any magic - simply a subtle accumulation over time of minor choices made that increase the chances of a positive outcome in any situation...

I had been working late that is why. I suppose you could say I was lucky to be told about this site I think it is brilliant.
