Hello everyone, this is my first ever post so bear with me!
I was watching Martins slot on LK today on Monday morning and he mentioned that most credit card companies will allow you to transfer funds from another card to them for a lower fee and he said that Egg do this at 2%.
I contacted egg yesterday and they say this is not something they do. Does anyone know any different or am I missing something here? I am already fed up with them after they raised my interest from the introductory 16.9% to 21.9% so this has seriosuly made me feel like cutting up my card!

I didn't see the show but I presume he was talking about transfering the balance to another card provider who will apply it at 0% interest, but will charge an initial fee?
Egg's offer is currently up to 15 months at 0% but with a 3% fee. This is for new customers only.
As your balance is currently with Egg, you'll need to look at other card providers if you want to transfer it away from Egg to get a cheaper rate.
It's probably best for you to have a read through the following article on here if you haven't already done so:
