Morning all,
Visit to D and SM's went ok, no roast though
they all had a fish curry and she had made me a salmon salad with half a small avocado, a boiled egg and a jacket potato which was very nice but probably about as many points as their curry!!! I-T and twins looked longingly at my plate although they said that the curry was ok!
Not awake properly yet so will come back on later and 'talk' more then xxChristians Against Poverty - www.capuk.org0 -
..and you had had i-t's yummy chicken curry the night before.
Mmm, even I know that avocados are not WW friendly.
Open Door today, mot - so back ce soir.
It's still chilly and grey - so dour for the soul.
'...perishingly cold today and even more tomorrow'...I'm just hearing. '-1 and more, -5- or-6 descending towards rural Oxfordshire.'
We're not there, but to whoever is, wrap up or stay snuggled, if you can.
Now to shower - take your mind to nice reading places today, mot.
Sending you
(that's good vibes, lots of, apparently)

            morning people!!!!
Right, yes the online earnings.....
Look back at the £10 a day challenges, february £10 extra per day challenge has all the bingo sites listed on it, and they all have great ideas to earn extra income.
Also there is a lady here who works from home as sky technical help, so long as you have a puter and landline you can do it. I know that you train from home over the phone and get paid to train, so even if you decide at the end it isn't for you you can be paid for the training.
Have a look at the "up your income" board as there is a thread there about it, if you are still feeling a little delicate MOT then i tmay be nice for you to be able to work in the comfort of your own home which you are going to have VERY soon!!!
the survey sites are good to, lightspeed, yougov, harrispoll and toluna are all cash paying, it can take a while to build up enough to be able to withdraw any funds but if you are tinkering on the computer anyway they usually take about 10 mins to do.
Avocados not WW Friendly!!!!! EEP!!!!! I eat them by the bucket load thinking "well they're good for you i know they are!" sadly wrong....
I fully intend to exercise the "stay snuggled" function today Ampersand, is blinkin chilly to the east of you (or west, whichever direction you are facing in your house currently)
Medium ted has settled in well and wishes me to say "bonjour!" to you. he has made friends with all the others and keeps my pillow warm daily!
Anyway have a good day all, Lots of love, P xxxdebt @05/11/11 £12210.63!! slowly chipping away!!:heart2:impossible is nothing.:heart2:0 -

When I said SM's curry was 'OK', I'm afraid I was being polite. As Ampersand said, I'd cooked a chicken curry the night before so didn't need another. That'll teach me for hoping for a nice Sunday roast.
I'm sure MOT will tell you all about it later but today I'd arranged a lovely surprise for her. Her dearest friend from the Midlands 'V' came down to see her and take her out for lunch. They haven't seen each other for a very long time. There was a lot of tears (me too) and it was so nice to see MOT so happy. They are out lunching still, so no doubt she'll be a wreck when she comes back. A very nice one though.0 -

Hi everyone I'm back :j had a fabulous time with V - haven't seen her for months and months, and we seem to go for weeks without speaking mainly due to busy lives.
So it was such a lovely surprise to see her this morning. I had absolutley NO idea that anything was being 'cooked up' between the two of them. I was on computer when the doorbell rang and I-T went to answer it and said it was for me - I just thought it was his neighbour so you can imagine my reaction to see one of my best and closest friends who lives 120 miles away standing in I-T's lounge.
We both just hugged and cried and the tears kept coming!!!!!!!!
Eventually after a coffee she took me out for lunch and we had a good catch up - and I am going to stay with her on my own for a few days next week whilst the twins are at their father's.
Since I have been down here I have met a few women who I am friendly with but no-one like V and it has been really hard not having a really good friend to share all the good and not so good times with. There is no-one here who just 'pops in' for a coffee and I have been so very lonely at times.
Once I am in the house I am going to start to look for a job because, apart from needing the money, I also need to be me, Julia, an adult again, who has a different interest in life other than the twins and my problems.Christians Against Poverty - www.capuk.org0 -
It is lovely to hear you sounding so positive and happy today and I am glad that you had such a good time seeing your friend again.
