Need advice about claiming
Furch
Hi,
I would like to put in a claim against RBS, however my current situation is that I am unemployed.
My question is, can I still put a claim in whilst I am receiving unemployment benefit, if the answer is yes how much will it cost me?
Does anyone here have experience of a similar situation?
Look forward to replies,
Thanks

It will only cost you £10 at the moment to find out all your past charges (unless you have all this info already). They are allowed to ask for that. After that, it won't cost you anything until it comes to the point where you decide to take them to court. If you take it to the Financial Ombudsman it doesn't cost anything. Read the Reclaim Bank Charges article and this will tell you everything.
