Cant pay off EGG

Tried to pay off egg CC Four months ago over the phone and paid an estimated balance to get rid of the debt,
After the payment date egg sent me back £37.18 with no reason.
two months later i noticed £5 eah month being taken from my account so i rang them , they explained that the £37.18 was treated like an overpayment and duly returned it to me, the next day they charged me £34 pounds and was recovering the debt so , after an arguement I paid the £14 outstanding and guess what they charged me £0.15 this month.
Anybody else found this

I've got to be honest I've always made one off payments on line so I could check the balance at the time.

Have you got/ can you get hard copies of your statements so that you can see exactly what has happened?
