Swiss cheap flights and accomodation

hi,
This is my first post. I am planning for a holiday during the last week of July for four days in Swiss. I am looking out for cheap flights from Manchester.
I have found tickets in BA for about 143GBP from a site called airborn.co.uk.
Could someone please help..by refering some good travel agents or websites?

Also, I am planning to stay in Interlaken. Could you pls suggest me some cheap and best accomodation?

Me and my hubby are going to swiss..for the first time..and so we really wish to have a memorable trip. So, dont want to end up in some poor accomod...
