Its done Im finally bankrupt!

:jHi everyone
its been a while since ive visited the site.
Yesterday the 29th january at 9.55 I was declared bankrupt. And i never even saw a judge it took two and half hours mainly waiting and the staff at the court were amazing.
To be honest with all of you some things I havent told you about myself, at the time of joining this forum I was classed as a Alcohol misuser in other words i drank alot and binged, I left my husband in august2007 hoping things would get better but it wasnt the answer so on the 21st of january i have been Detoxing, now Im off all the medication and have been Dry now for 9 days.
All my bills have been paid until february, and i still have money in my purse.
(I CANT REMEMBER WHEN ALL I HAD TO PAY WAS THE BARE ESSENTIALS) Its going to stay that way aswell if i want it i will save for it.
I even did a food shop that came to £60 (which Ive never done before) the cupboards are full.:D All Ive wanted was a simple life and now i have it!!
This is the first time in a long time Ive felt positive about my life, A NEW START for me and the kids. the future looks so much brighter.

All i have to say now is ANYONE else out there terrified to look at the post, answer the phone, or even have personal problems, there are so many wonderful people in this country and on this site to help you, they offer you fantastic advice and even make you laugh at times and believe me i never thought i would ever see this day, but it has arrived.
DONT BE AFFRAID GET OUT THERE AND LET THEM HEAR YOU

HUGE THANKS TO EVERYONE :smileyheaxxx

There is often more things going on in people's lives than "just" b/c,you have proved it. Many of us have more strength and determination than we realise, only when tested do we discover our inner strengths. You have shown amazing guts, determination and willpower. That(if i read your post right)as a single parent is truely awesome. I take my hat off to you girl.Your kids have a mother they can be very proud of.Take care DalipX.
