Halifax corrects address typo, increases APR, lowers credit limit

What to do?
Applied for a Halifax One card.
Application granted, they said online instantly, just sign paperwork and send it back to us.
Didn't get paperwork. Rang to query, they said they'd resend.
New paperwork arrived. Credit limit was same as what they'd stated online, APR was given as 15.9%.
Address was a bit of a mess though, which may be why first agreement never arrived - it wasn't technically incorrect, but laid out poorly and had my building name twice on one line. Rang them up to have this changed, guy on phone said no problem. In the interim, I signed the agreement anyway (I also corrected the address on one side and initialled it as well).
Today, new agreement comes through letter slot (they never told me they would re-post it!) My address is fixed, but credit limit is £2k lower and APR is now 19.9%. Application reference number is still the same, though.
Haven't heard back yet on the 'old' (well, two days ago) agreement that I've already signed and posted back to them.
Anyone know what might have happened and what the best course of action is?

Right, well, just got another copy of the revised agreement through the post.
Rang them up to query, they said that when the address was changed, that triggered a change in status (credit score?) They never warned me that would happen when they corrected the address and I'm worried they've scored me again without explicit permission.
What that effectively tells me is that they were willing to issue a card with a higher limit/lower apr to an address that doesn't actually exist!
I don't have any black marks on my credit file, btw, everything is managed very well (have a barclaycard already but they're raising my apr next month by 4% so looking at other possibilities. I ocassionally carry a balance, but not always.
Is this worthy of a complaint or am I just a victim of their stupidity?
Anyone??0
