:T i ordered yesterday lunchtime, here by 10.35 today! really quick, had to email to cancel an item and cheekily said shame postage not free as spent over £xx, Jennie came straight back to me, no probs on cancelling the item, refunded my postage, and upgraded to recorded next day!

one item is missing, but i have every confidence that they will get it out to me quickly!! i am soooo impressed
