The only points you get doubled are the normal points which are 4 per £1.

    Thanks for helping!!
Money is only of any use if you can spend it!
  • woooowww i had such a bargain today

infact it was so barginous it was FREE!

    http://www.boots.com/shop/product_enlarge.jsp?productid=1089450&classificationid=1031586&slmRefer=000&imageid=1

I got the no7 eye jewels ( link above) for free in my little local boots

it was reduced to 8.50 from 13.00 i think, but there were none left on display, so i asked the assistant and she found the last one in a cupboard

so i was like yay last one and reduced!

she scanned it and it scaned as 4.25

i was like wow even better

then i remembered i had a five pound off no7 voucher in my pocket ( from when my boss sent me to buy credit for his phone for him this morning)

and i cheekily asked if she could try using that with it

and she said she doubted it would work but she was happy to try

    and IT WORKED

and the woman was lovely, she was just like oh i guess you can have it for free then!

and i told her she had made my day

and she said she was glad to help and gave me a really big smile

    Im sooo happy!

little things amuse little minds hey

just thought i would share my boots experiance!
  • Grrrrrrrrrrrr i tried to get a no 7 gwp but the !!! wouldnt let me get away with it !!

It wouldn't work for me either! I thought I was the only one. I could buy the highlighter and another no.7 product and use the highlighter voucher and the £5 voucher together, so not a bad deal, but I really, really wanted the gwp as well! :(
  • Went to boots today and found tucked away in the corner Right Guard men’s deodorant spray for 50p RG roll on deodorant for 40p boots essentials shaving gel for .44p well pleased so had 4 of each.

Looked for reduced mascara( checked barcodes) but had none.

So I spent £20.36 but got £14.36 in points and 2x no7 vouchers

The only disapointment of the day was the £1.60 Q10 cream shelf was bare!! no extra points on cream I bought, but was a bargain anyway.
  • Anyone recommend a good soap & Glory spa product?
I want to use my 200 point voucher (mail) but not sure what to get, i took a whiff of the green body wash bottle and it was aweful! Reminded me of pine toliet cleaner!

I had quite a good day in Boots today, thanks to you tarts.:T
Nothing spectacular, just a couple of items on the clearance shelf with no price sticker. I had them price checked by sa - and came up 90% off - and the look on the sa's face was priceless !!
Isn't it great when you know more than the staff.:p

Also got some Xmas wrapping paper - I did TRY to resist, but at 30p a roll (90% off) it would have been mean to refuse ;)

I couldn't find anything I remotely wanted of No7, so still not got the free powder - but after 2 days hunting managed to get 3 mags - so if anyone is struggling to find mags, and wants some of the coupons pm me.

I was trying to be good this year and only buy things I absolutely do need - but at least I lasted a month with my New Years Resolution :D
