Has anyone here returned stuff to .com? Is it easy and does it cost anything?
I have through their courier as P O wouldnt take it back as it weighed too much! Although Boots.com said it shouldnt have made any difference and should have taken it back - still simple though!
It was free amd I had confirmation from the driver he had taken it!
