Reserved one of the jigsaws last night, and then happened to mention the jigsaw and the circular saw to my mum while on the phone last night. She asked me to get one of each for my dad (retired joiner, but still doing a bit of chippie-ing). Fool that I am, I agreed. My arms are now each 2 inches longer from carrying them all back to the car!

Nice bargain though, especially considering I got a bit of load-bearing exercise out of it too! :) Thanks to OP.
  • About to reserve one too - that's my weekend sorted! Thanks OP sounds like a good offer. I've not used this site before today but clearly was worth a punt. cheers.

They also have a router for £36.99, was originally reduced to £45 or so. Wasn't sure if this was a good offer, but on investigating it's pretty good as it also comes with 16 router bits to get you started, plus has all the stuff you'd expect from models of this price or more.
I'm glad everyone was able to get the power tools they wanted before they sold out.

Just as a FYI - I wanted one from the Derby store yesterday but none in stock, nor at Notts or surrounding areas. Nearest one was at Heanor which is about 15 miles from me and I couldn't get there.

However I kept trying for a Derby reservation and 7am today one became available so one very chuffed MSEr! Thanks OP - my point is keep trying.

Although I haven't picked it up yet so it might not be there after all this!
