Turkey & Kids Passports

My friend is going to Turkey (Dalaman Airport), she has two children, 11 and 15, who are on her passport. Do the kids need their own passports, or are they OK on hers?

From my experience a couple of years ago it is OK. However your friend mush have cash ready to pay 'visa fee' for all of them on arrival.0
