just about sums me up. Am new on this site and looking for information which may aid me in my current situation but cant seem to make head nor tail of anything :rolleyes:To cut a very long story short I fell way way behind with credit card payments and now owe £372 for a £200 credit limit to a DCA and a default is lodged on my credit file. Is there anyway I could pay the balance to the credit card company instead of the DCA and get the default removed from my file??
Hope you can make sense of what I just said and any help greatly appreciated

I would say no you will probably have to make payment to the DCA. The default will probably stay put.............
 Sorry for the bad news:o............0
