with diy shops ordering a kitchen is usually 4 weeks , if i placed an order, and changed my mind, is there a time period where i am allowed to get a refund ?

A couple of years ago we cancelled a kitchen order from B&Q. There was no problem. why don't you check out their returns policy.Most Diy chains have a generous returns policy.0

i have just had a change of mind, id like to get everythin from my kitchen fitter. i only placed the order by phone so havent signed anything. should i be ok getting a refund, just wanted any views before i speak to them. the money hasnt even come out yet - maybe my bank is holding it up for some reason, sometimes they contact me first when i have a big transaction?0
