Caught speeding in Switzerland

My other half has just received a letter from the police in lausanne, Switzerland to say that he was speeding. (doing 114 km/h in a 100km/h limit).
The fine is about £50.00 but not quite sure how we are going to pay it as there is no box to complete your credit card.
I'm just wondering what happens if you don't pay up? Anyone had a speeding fine abroad.
I had one myself about 5 years ago whilst in Austria. I was driving a German registered car and was going with the flow of cars when I was stopped by two policemen at the side of the road. Apparently doing 35 km/h in a 30 km/h zone. I was fined on the spot about £20 and that was the end of it.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'm suprised he wasn't shot on sight.
The Swiss hate cars and speeding is possibly one of the worst crimes in Switzerland!!
But just send a cheque to where ever the ticket came from if there is an address."I'm not from around here, I have my own customs"
For confirmation: No, I'm not a 40 year old woman, I'm a 26 year old bloke!0 -
Ignore it. Nothing will happen.0

Also beware of scams - quite a number reported from Spain a couple of years back due to dodgy employees at various car-hire companies, try googling the address before you pay up.0
