You won't win, and will wind you up trying to get any kind of communication from Easyjet.
There is a very small chance Easyjet will decide not to defend themselves, and you will win by default.
Just my opinion though, i'd prefer you to go through with it so I can follow the outcome! Keep us informed!0 -
NOI sympathise with you having to pay that money however this does seem like yet another case of someone retrospectively not being happy with the T&Cs that they agreed to at the time of booking.0

That's an interesting assertion. What is your basis for it?
If you are drawing a comparison with the bank charges fiasco then:
that's by no means cut and dried yet
that is about breach of contract, not changing a contract.
You might win if Easyjet think it's cheaper to pay up than attend court and defend.
