Halifax One CC: 0% on purchases and BTs for TWO years??

In late Nov I took out a Halifax One CC for the 12 months 0% BT/purchases deal. The T&Cs in the post said 12 months from account opening.
But today I've received my 'paperless statement' saying,
Note those December 2009 end dates! Do you think they can/will backtrack on this? Or, now I have it in "writing", do they have to stick to it?
