I've won but don't know if I can go - ANYONE WANT?

I got a WEM for this comp to see Paul Potts in concert, it seems my DH has other plans though so I don't know if I can go now

The WEM says "Please note that the prize in non-transferable and there is no cash alternative", does that mean if I can't go I can't offer them on here
or does it mean they won't transfer it for something else?
UPDATE - From what I have understood the above comment means the people I won it from won't transfer the prize into something else for me, if anyone would like me to post these 1st class today to them I can do as I can't go (family illness) but I can't guarantee they will get them in time sadly - the concert is at 7.30 tomorrow night at Bridgewater Hall Manchester.
