countrywide mortgages phone calls

:mad: OVer the last year we have had phone calls from this company. We have told them every time to take us of their calling list but to no avail. We have asked for the head office address and we keep being told that they do not have it, as they are working for a marketing company doing the work from South Asia or somewhere. We are on the Telephone Preference Service and this does not seem to stop them. I have on the odd occasion been rude to them in the hope that they would list me as being offensive but this has not worked either!! Any body else had this problem and got it resolved? If this is not on the right board please feel free to move it. Thanks

Sounds great if you have time to do it or your not just making the Tea or trying to sort the kids out!!! After a year, the novelty of them making yet another call wears of and you dont feel like having fun!

can you not get the persons name who rings and say your interested really interested an ask for their number and you will call them back, tell them your really busy and will call them

other than that, say youve never heard of the person they are asking for and keep hanging up

Think that we have tried evry trick in the book and yet they still keep calling. Have been polite, interested, funny, in a rush the lot!! They never give their names and no supervisors. Its just really bugging us now.
