Bathroom Paint Disaster

Options
I took all the old tiles of my bathroom walls and had it all replastered, I realise now that I should have "sealed" the plaster first before painting with bathroom paint.

Now quite a bit of paint is pealing and blistering, I'm not much of a DIYer but want should I do now? Do I rub down the walls i.e. try to get as much paint off and then use a thinned down emulsion to seal, and then reapply the top coat?

Thanks for any help given.

    Hi
not expert, but does the plaster not need a few weeks to dry out?
Then you could seal with unibond or dilute paint before topcoat.

if you can get the paint off without damaging the plaster , it may peel off if you're lucky ,
if you do manage to remove it , seal the plaster with a thinned coat of matt emulsion .
do not use unibond or any other pva , your paint will not stick to it
    good luck
