someone making usless bids on my items - not paying - please help

I’ve had a few items (same items) on sale and this person keep making a bid, but not making a payment. He/she only registered on 24th Jan and has no feedback. It is obvious he/she is deliberately making a bid on my item to stop anyone else making a bid (may be to sell one of his/her own) or just doing it for the fun of it.

I have one auction ending in a couple of days time and he also made an quite a high amount bid. Obvious he is not going to pay. What can I do?

Cancel the bid, and add to your blocked bidder list.

Try this: it talks you thru the process.
    Hope it helps:

    Sorry can I clarify>

You say bid and not paid, but do you actually mean won and not paid?

A 0 feedback bidder is not necessarily a problem unless you have any other reason to doubt them. If they are bidding on lots of your items then maybe they like what you stock.

If however you mean they have won and not paid then if sales finished on or after the 24th January they still have time to make a payment as ebay allow 7 days before a selelr can even start the NPB process. If you do mean they keep winning then why not contact them and ask if they are waiting for a total invoce or somehting before they pay. depending on the answer to that you can then, if you wish, start an NPB process on each and every one of their wins from day 7.

If a buyer concerns you then block them from bidding further.

thanks for the advice. Sorry I did mean that he/she won two identical items from me and didn't pay (this was sunday) and now made another high bid for another one. So as you say I will see if I can cancel and block them first. Then will see I can take non payment process. I assume this takes up a lot of time and effort.

What is annoying is he/she can always set up another ID and do the same thing again!

Are you sure they aren't waiting until they've won all the items they want from you before paying?

Just a thought. Presumably you've tried emailling them?
