Yes there are but I am not sure till what time and after midnight its usually free on buses and tube...#6 of the SKI-ers Club :j

don't they normally run all night at New Year, only day they do I think?

They operate most routes throughout the night, providing they can find a sponsor to pay for it! You can only be certain it will happen when they annouce it, which will probably be sometime in the autumn0
