Ah i had some probs with them few months bcak due to cancelled subscription with love film but never had any mail from love film regarding this.
I got random text message on mobile saying please contact david shaw bit odd so googled david shaw is CARS but makes it sound like a person.
After googling erading maby bad things and ringing no answer decided to try love film direct who sorted it out.
If it hadent been for me googling them and companies they dealt with I would have had no idea.
From what I read they sound unpleasent seems most debt recovery agents are horrid.
Hope you sort it out.
