There's quite a lot of it so I thought it would make the yogurt thinner. I prefer thicker yogurt.0

I heated up some frozen berries with a little water and a little sugar then put it through a sieve. I then froze it in ice cube trays and when frozen transfered ther cubes into a bag and back into the freezer. When I put youghurts in my daughters and husbands packed lunches I just add a fruit cube or two. It keeps the yoghurt cold and by lunch time it has defrosted.0

I made a batch of yogurt from a frozen starter yesterday and it turned out great. I let the starter defrost at room temp for a few hours and then made it as usual. I am going to keep a starter in the freezer and hopefully I can keep going without having to buy any more yogurt.0
