I take a loan from a bank for my new car. after 1.2 year in my accident my car is demage. 10 month are left for pay another monthly cash to bank. There is any procedure to a new car or full repaired my car not paying anything thing.

You need to give some more details.

Is the car repairable or is it a write-off?
Whose fault was the accident?
What have your insurance company said?

Normally accidents are covered by car insurance.
If there is a "gap" between the value of your car and a new one then this can be covered by additional "gap" insurance.
If it's someone else's fault then you can pursue them.

You need to give more details before anyone can help.

Car is not repairable, it is write-off.
No other person involved in that i am drive my car and my car break is failled and my car is crushed with divider then goes inside the truck. For a long time i am in hospital now i have come to my home.
Car insurance person is saying that new car is not given only the half cost of car is give. I want a new car so please suggest any idea over that.
