    Just downloaded it, its good to see that Firefox is being supported by Google.
    With a bit of luck it could persuade more people to change over to Firefox and ditch IE.

    anyone know why i might get a download error each time i try to put the toolbar on

    i turned my firewall off first, but didnt help

    any ideas?

    It's lighter, works to standards (great for us developers), some say faster (although it's probably not humanly noticeable), works across multiple operating systems, and supposedly more secure, although in my opinion if you have a good setup that shouldn't be a factor.

    IE6 isn't quite the complete product. IE7 should make an impact.

    How is Firefox actually better?

    Tabbed browsing is brilliant. Once you have used it you will find it hard to go back to Internet Explorer (which does'nt have it).
