Fantastic bit of kit, I am getting price drops of 5-10,00 in the area that we are looking to buy.

There is no need to "cause" a crash. It will happen, regular-as-clockwork.

Happens every 18 years. It's due now. The big speculators have sold up to the developers. The developers have used cheap EE labour to build crappy "executive" flats. Those flats have been dumped on the market.

Now there is an oversupply of property, with an economy crippled by high house prices.

    Tiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiimmmmbeeeeeeeeeeeeeerrrrrrrrr!

I'm getting seriously concerned by your ability to either count or read SquatNow.

House prices have peaked in 1974, 1979, 1989/90 (and 2008? looks increasingly likely but who knows). Those are gaps of 5, 10-11 and 18-19 (?) years. You have this theory that you come out with a couple of times a day on these boards that is clearly incorrect. IIRC you used to have that graph on your signature from houspricecrash.com so you should be able to see very easily that your theory is rubbish!
