HELP: 24 people need your help!!

HELP: I have organized a trip to Cardiff from Coventry starting on the 25/04 and ending on the 27/04 (Go and Leave About 12:30PM). We have been let down by our coach company and now i have 24 people who cant get to their hotel for their weekend in Cardiff. I have a small budget left and am struggling to find anything.

Does anyone know a way i can get there on the train for a cheap rate? can we get group discounts? as i understand there are two or three train company's involved?

Please help me if you can i don't want to let people down.

no advice on the travel aspect but any cardiff questions i should be able to help :beer:

are there no other coach companies in your area? perhaps try looking slightly wider afield for one?

Consider sueing the coach company for breach of contract for the costs involved in putting the problem right, for a start. Keep any written record of any agreement between you and the coach company.

Are you a charity group or something like that?

You could try going to your local newspaper and see if they will do an article for you with a plea for help??

They may even do article if your not a charity group, you never know.

You can book train tkts 12wks in advance so you can following the info on the cheap train tkts threads now to try to book.
