If you're making voluntary arrangements to repay credit card debts, can you still reclaim the credit card charges? And will it inflame the companies into being less co-operative?

I think different departments may mean that this does not happen.

What might happen though (legally they can do this) is to apply any refund against what you owe.

Hiya all, just my question ive had hovering in my mind for the past few days, i shall even ask them to credit the appropiate credit card cos that will reduce my debt with them and enable me to return far quicker to paying more than the minimume payment to clear each credit card debt.

might be a tactic to process faster? every bit helps on my snowball calculator lol
