Lightspeed - grrrr! Anyone got an email address for them?

Lightspeed owe me 400 points for a survey. I have been filling in the online 'didn't receive points' form once a week for the last two months and just keep getting the standard "it can take a couple of days for points to show in your account" email. I would let it go, but I had to drag myself to the sorting office to pick up the parcel needed for this survey so would like some reward for my effort!

Does anyone have a better contact email for them?

they are absoultely crap at responding to peoples emails

if you live in wimbledon- south london or you know someone in the area tell them to post some dog poo through their letterbox
