We have used Eclipse Direct on line for the last 3 years. Part of the First Choice group. Very competitive prices.
Yes, travelled to the DR in September and not been troubled by rain. You always get some rain as it is the tropics but usually short sharp showers (wow) normally at night.
Having said all that, just come back from the South Coast and we were touched by Tropical Storm Dennis (before he grew up to be Hurricane Dennis). We had LOADS of rain one afternoon and into the night.
After that it was fine again but the sea remained much rougher than usual.0
