capital one - statment not received

Options
a year or so ago i got into doo-doowith capital one but last year mr mob kindly paid CO back what i owed and they sent me a new card. this was in august of last year. since then i havent received one single credit card statement from them (i know i should have called them earlier but i never got round to it what with one thing or another). anyways, i miss this months/last months payment because i had my baby and totally forgot and they were quick enough to send round a missed payment letter.

today i spoke to them after recept of the letter and they insist that they have been sending me statements each month!!

anyone else had problems with them?
