  • Thanks for explaining Batgirl - were you playing bingo yeasterday evening?

I am using the free christmas challenge as my secret squirrell -basically any free money I make I put to a "secret" savings account - at a different bank from my other day to day accounts - last year I had £3000 which paid form all of christmas, some of my kids school trip - weeks res @£215 each and £1000 into my ISA. Christmas is a big spend -normally £1500-£2000 kids get 300-400 each and also have £15 more children to buy for

My children have quite alot of money on them, but don't really get that much throught year only at birthdays and christmas the rest they buy out of their allowance phone credit, computer games, magazines etc

I will count the money as it hits my bank otherwise I will get confused :o

Will update in a min and add to sig

    stressed xxxx
Hoping to stick to the challenge this year!!

  • This morning got a ciao survey for 51p, valued opinions survey for 50p and a pinecone one for £4 but I've decided to add money when it goes into my account or when vouchers arrive as it's just easier to tot it all up at the end of the month. Think I'm doing ok though :D
Trying to sort my life out, and I'm going to get there!

Soooo chuffed to hear that everyone's bingo winnings are coming through! Some of mine took up to a fortnight so don't worry too much if you're still waiting - I think it might depend on the bank as well as HSBC semed to be much quicker than Halifax. Also, I did a few with a Mastercard, and those arrived about 2 or 3 weeks later by cheque, just when I was starting to worry! Thanks again so much to everyone who's been nominating me for post of the month - I do feel like a bit of a fraud though, as the list of sites wasn't my own info but copied from a post on the gambling board - I only added the instructions bit!

Quiet few days, but redeemed slightly by a focus group I did yesterday paying £50, which should keep me more-or-less on target. Also got £5.16 matched betting profit - not sure where it came from, but it was in my Betfair account so has been withdrawn! I've done billions of surveys but always forget to keep track of them. I've just redeemed £5 from To Luna though and I don't normally count them as I don't understand the points system, so that's a fiver I can count I suppose.

Another 25 vouchers sold on Ebay for 60p profit each since I last posted = £15 (sold 49 in total now!)

Total since the 9th: £75.16. Not bad since I've not really been trying!

Total so far: £189.36. Much better than I expected!

BUT if I had just had the list of bingo sites without the instructions and further advice you gave, I would have won, deposited money, and then been caught out by the extra bonus they offered, and probably then lost it all! So the list without the instructions wouldn't have done a lot for me except wasted a lot of time!

I notice some people are saying they are not winning - now I've finished doing all the sites I can tell anyone interested that I played on 23 sites and won from 8! I wonder if anyone else has similar results! The wins were between £9 and £37.
